Civil and Interiors refer to two different aspects of construction projects.
Civil works refer to the construction of the physical and external structure of a building or infrastructure, including site preparation, excavation, concrete work, and the construction of walls, roof, and foundations.
Interior works, on the other hand, refer to the internal finishes and fittings of a building or infrastructure, including the installation of partitions, flooring, ceilings, electrical and plumbing systems, and the decoration of the interior spaces.
In a turnkey project, both civil and interior works are usually included as part of the contractor’s scope of work, and the client is expected to receive a complete and ready-to-use facility upon completion of the project.
